We keep it simple and treat your data the way we would want ours treated.

Mobile Amusements is family-run. We do not need to be flashy with your data, and we are not. If you ever have a question about what we hold or how we use it, just ask — we will tell you.

What we collect

Contact details you give us when you fill in a form or send a message — name, email, phone, and the note you write.
Event details you share when booking — date, time, location, type of event.
Basic site analytics — page views, device type. No personally identifying tracking, no cross-site profiling.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and answer questions.
To confirm event details and send you a tailored quote.
To send invoices and booking confirmations.
To improve how the site works — nothing more.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Limited trusted services we rely on to do business — email provider, web hosting. They only see what they need to.
If a court or regulator legally requires disclosure, we follow the law. This is rare and we will tell you where we can.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages: up to 12 months from last contact.
Booking and invoice records: 7 years (Australian tax law).
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
Ask us to delete it (subject to records we must legally keep).
Opt out of any marketing — though right now we do not send marketing.
Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not happy with how we handled your data.

Security

Reasonable steps to keep your data safe — HTTPS across the site, access limited to people who genuinely need it, regular reviews of our setup.
No system is ever 100% secure, but we take it seriously and act fast if something looks off.

We will update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date below tells you when.
Big changes will be flagged where it makes sense — usually next to the form you are filling in.
